The GradLaunch panel opens beside the posting. A keyword match, the same literal matching an applicant tracking system uses, appears straight away. No AI, nothing sent anywhere.
One click reads your profile against the posting: a 0–100 score, where you genuinely overlap, each requirement met or not, and expected salary. It will tell you when to skip a job.
